I called to receive answers on why the service was so POOR and was told that I should bring the car back and they would give me a discount on my next wash. I could not bring my car back and was told "They were trying to help me out by taking a look at the car." Dr. Detail should have just done its job.
I asked for the Manager and was told "Eric is in and out." Meaning I would probably never be able to talk to him.
Not sure if people get the workers are not the owners. So I tip, teeat them with respect and in turn my car is spotless.
These guys did a great job. Not sure why other reviews are so negative. I was happy and recommend them.
Never had full detailing done, so I cannot soeak to that. But the $45 wash, vacuum, wheel and interior clean is a great deal. Take about 1.5 hrs for my cross over so i just cruise mall.
WARNING: This car wash does not hold up to its name of Dr. Detail. I would not go back or recommend if it gave away free car washes. And... cash only so if anything like this would happen to a customer you have no protection. $45 out of luck.
Car is clean, shiny, does not smell of stinky cloth. No issues with customer sevice either.
Just don't if you are thinking about going here. Waste of money and time for the service. Dr. Detail has failed its name.
After waiting 1.5 hours for my car, I went to pick it up from the garage. Mind you, it is a bit dark down there and my car is black so I did not notice the streaks in all the windows until I drove about 5 mins away and the large water marks on the hood and trunk area until I was home, another 5 mins after.
I read online that they used stinky clothes and the car smelled awful after a detail... I was there today, there were only 2 cars, the guy took forever to come to assist, he was chatting with a friend. When I asked him if I shoul come back later, he came to assist. I picked the $89 interior cleaning and I requested him to use clean clothes when cleaning. He immediately got offended and said that I can take my car elsewhere and started being mean. I took my car and left. Looks like they did not want my business and the customer service was the worst. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
Wont go back to $15 or automated places ever again.
