This Macys is a cut above the "normal" dept. Store.
Wanted to exchange a watch since the watch had problems. Couldn't do it here or another store and only one or two stores carri do the the watch I wanted. Ended up going to a third Macy's to return the damn watch. Macy's has lost business and I will longer bother to shop here.
Have an online pick up. However, I waited here for 30 mins, no customer service here! Called Macy's store manager, nobody answered the phone. This store seems not managed by anybody. Macy's bankruptcy is just a matter of time!

i bought a shoe from square mall. but they dont have 9 number so i bought 9.5, but its not comfortable .so i went galariya mall, ladis shoe section time about 12.00pm too 12.30pm cashier say company law was change we do not return even exchange.
