Ordered at Valentines Day and the bouquet did not come as advertised. Very sparse and bare, figured it was Valentines day and I ordered it last minute so fine. Just ordered again for my girlfriends birthday and again the flowers were not as advertised. Different colors and once again sparse. I paid extra for 18 flowers instead of a dozen and it only came with 14. Very disappointed and will not be ordering from them again.
I had a terrible experience. I ordered same day flowers. They called and said the order was delayed one day. I never received the order, so I called the only number provided. This number redirects you to an order center that is only able to message the flower "shop". I left 7 message between 4/14 and 4/21 without a single response. it has now been 8 days and I have not received a call or refund from this company. I am filing a dispute with my bank today. Please, for your own good stay away.

Terrible customer service. I initially ordered flowers, but then cancelled the order right away and decided to go through Hyvee. They still took the money from my account (67.00), and I've called 3x to ask for a refund for the flowers that were never delivered. Each person has asked me for the same information, and have told me the exact same thing. "We will forward this information and someone will be contacting you." Ask me if anyone has contacted or refunded me. Answer is obviously no. This place is an absolute joke.
