I am puzzled because MIT prides its reputation on Technology. Architecture library is larger than the science/engineering library. Architecture library is 4 floor, brand new modern. So why would a university promoting itself shamelessly devote so much attention and resources only to architecture? The students here seem to act so smug. The place is outdated overrated. Science/engineering Hayden library is 3 floors and most books there are out of print by now. I'm puzzled that no one actually seems to read the books on the shelves in the science/engineering library and those students seem to be on facebook in that Hayden library. I am surprised that MIT is not all it is cracked up to be and I feel like a major dork when I am visiting there.
