My Children have been going to that park since they're babies and my 4 kids also worked there through the Cambridge Rindge and Latin Summer Program. ....my eldest Son now ( 22)... Had his baby shower there on August 18, 2016. Now my daughter in law in takes my Granddaughter there. Clean, Quiet, Respectful Area. Id reccommend anyone to bring their children there
Nice open park. Paved walking trails with green grass and trees. Alot of sports fields. Surprisingly large for the area it's in. Playground for kids.
It's a beautiful place to enjoy picnics grilling out walks with the family, taking kids to enjoy the parks, tracks to run around, great place to exercise & meditate
Beautiful massive park with play structures, sprinklers (usually between June and Labor Day), doggie park and soccer fields. Great for sledding, as there's a hill that leads into marshy grasses at the end instead of a street or something. Check out the annual Danehy Family Fun Day held every September- free entertainment for kids with music, bouncy houses, carnival rides, free kites and lots more!
We are so lucky to have such a huge, well kept, multipurpose park in the middle of our neighborhoods. So many beautiful soccer and baseball fields, a track, a large dog run and lots of picnic spots. And sledding in the winter! (But watch out for the marsh!) It's always lively but rarely over crowded, and the community makes the best of it with many events.
