My rating is not for shoes, but for customer service experience. I love the shoes, but every single time I need to go to the store the assistants make me totally uncomfortable and don't even want to try helping. It literally feels like they hate their jobs and want to show everybody, including you, how miserable they are. Specifically one store located in Cambridgeside Mall in Boston. I have never had a good experience there. So, if you want to get shoes, and have a pleasant interaction with an assistant, my advice is to choose another store!
My service experience was really good actually. Both of the women working were helpful, attentive, and friendly, even as I tried on an annoying number of shoes. Not to mention, the shoes themselves are high quality, comfortable, and very cute, trendy styles.
the only option was for me to print all by credit card statements and show them that there is purchase but no return. it was not worth it for 30 bucks shoe so i left it.
You guys waste the time and money of customers!
i bought a pair of shoes once and returned but they never returned my money back. when i went to claim that they said they delete all old records and cannot search by credit card or phone no.
Such a worst service.

The bed customer service I've ever experienced.
They hate customer, they just behave like they are cool but they will turn a 180° after you buy and want to change or return (even before living the store!!!)
I never knew this store existed until recently but I'm glad I checked it out! I hesitated going at first because of the reviews on here, but when I got to the mall I just figured I'd look since they were service related problems and I desperately needed shoes. I'm not the type to leave many reviews, but I just definitely don't think this store's rating should be so skewed based on a couple bad experiences.
