Charles is, without a doubt, one of the best business owners I know. He is informed and pleasant, and it comes across in the way his business is run, from the quality of the brands he deals with to the employees he hires. If you need a bike and have the opportunity of going through CrimsonBikes, do it. There's nothing like dealing with an ethical, informative business with high-quality, highly-competent service, and it won't cost you more either! In fact, I saved money because Charles was helpful enough to point me in the right direction for what my needs truly were.
There is no bike shop at this location - GMaps should remove from map. However, owner shop - whos is super nice - has a Giant bike store at Fenway, so check that out.
