I am here at the newly renovated store. The lighting is really bright. There are games for sale here. There are a few large computers to use. The apple watches are on display. The iwatch you would think you would see more of those around. I have not noticed those on anyone. I might get an apple watch when I start my job.
briefly I had waited 40-45 minutes for learning they have phone on the backside or not..
Amazing experience picking-up my new iPhone 8. Very well organized process with well trained and friendly staff. Even buying an extra item, the whole pick-up process took less than 10 minutes. I also notice that the CambridgeSide store was renewed following new Apple stores design.
I have waited around 40-45 for purchasing an X.. employees are not helpful. I was second person on the list and I was watching 4-5 employees were in funny conversation and I asked them why I am waiting 40-45 minutes and they said this is not our job you have to wait !!! Of course I got out without my new phone because of they don’t have an X in their store..
The friendliness and service is at all what you expect from apple. The staff doesn’t listen, have to repeat a couple of times every request / question, cause they keep interrupting with same standard sentences.
I had an appointment at 7:05pm. I got there earlier then I thought I would when I made the appointment Saturday afternoon. So I asked the greeter if I could be seen earlier. He got snappy. And said no there is a three hour wait. Made it seem like he just wanted me gone. So I came at 6:55 pm. Took my seat. Almost twenty minutes late. Not impressed. I make a appointment at a certain time I expect you guys to be on time or close to it. The guy I worked with was a little helpful though.
