Went it with broken headphones looking to pursue my warranty and exchange for new ones. The staff was quick to help with the transaction, and explained exactly what I could buy. I was in and out in under 15 minutes, with them explaining several questions I had about the warranty.
I made a large purchase online after checking that the item was in stock. Went to the store only to find out it'd take them "only a week" to obtain it from another store. Thus I proceeded to cancel my order, and was given the run around. I had to speak to 4 different BB employees for approx. ~20 minutes for them to issue a refund ON AN ITEM I HADN'T EVEN RECEIVED.
Large store with a great selection and helpful workers. they are able to help you pick out the right desk top or lab top for whatever your needs are, got a good price on a lab top for my nephew with a large hard drive since he is a computer science major and he loved it
