Arrived at 9.10, took a ticket, was seen in about 15 minutes. The lady I saw was very helpful.
I had a great experience here, even without an appointment. Once you get a token, you're guaranteed to be seen that day. At 11am on a Wednesday, there were only 5-6 people ahead of me, service was quick, polite and efficient.
Actually pleasant. Parking is not bad: a few metered spots and a shopping center a couple blocks away. Waiting area is basic, but that's to be expected. The wait wasn't long (20 min.) and the person who helped me was pleasant, competent, and professional. I suggest you go mid-morning or mid-afternoon, when it's probably less busy.
I went for a new social security card and made sure to get there around 9:30 am. Parking is limited if you get there after 10am but I found a space. I was in and out in 25 minutes!! Fastest I've ever been able to get anything done WITHOUT an appointment. Make sure to bring as many documents as you can (Drivers license, social security card, birth certificate, passport etc.) It makes the process go much faster!!
Really good service, efficient, polite and well mannered staff. The complete opposite to the central Boston one (which I suggest you avoid if you can). It is not far from T Alewife.
