Very convenient if you have easy access to this location. They are fast, and occasionally give upgrades. Cars are on the top floor of the adjacent parking garage. They allow after-hours key drop offs. Hertz also owns the Thrifty down the block where they can match prices.

Much cheaper to rent here than at Logan Airport, assuming you want to spend a day in Cambridge and then rent. You can take the free silver line from the airport and then transfer to the red.
Very poor customer service. Go to Enterprise River Street instead.
