Regular customer here since 2006. Great location, come for the murals and stay for the samples. The staff here are really nice. Too bad they don't sell alcohol anymore. Don't wear Island prints when you shop here though.
I was visiting Boston and stopped into Trader Joe's for a few items and let me just say, I experienced the worst customer service I have ever had. I do not recommend this Trader Joe's to anyone! This is a horrible representation of such a great company. It is worth driving an hour out of the way to avoid this location!
Super busy all the time essentially. As with all Trader Joes, the staff is super nice. The only reason I'm rating it a lower score is cause they're constantly packed AND THEY NO LONGER SELL ALCOHOL HERE. That's kind of a huge bummer since TJ is a solid place to pick up alcohol around here. Miss that because you'd typically be paying 50% more for the same quality wine from the Wholefoods nearby.
