Every neighborhood should have a little hardware store like this. It is full to the gills with inventory, but that just means they're more likely to have what you need. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful at finding whatever item you ask about.
Door says they close at 6pm. Arrived at 5:55 PM and they were closed. Please respect your own posted hours.
This is an awesome little family-run hardware store where they always have what you need and are willing to help you find it and make various recommendations. They also do the best job of copying keys of any place in the Boston area. The only problem is that the hours make it impossible for anyone who works normal hours to get there any day but Saturday, and if you're busy Saturday...
