The manager was extremely helpful and honest. And I love my newly painted walls! I will definitely come back here for all my home improvement needs in the future.

The cut key didn't open the lock, was getting stuck, and when pulled off, broke the lock (the lock wasn't new, but worked fine with other, old keys)
Cons: Limited selection of items. This isn't Home Depot.
Decent neighborhood hardware store. Surprisingly large selection for a small store. Even has a color matching machine.
My go-to place for copying keys. They were able to copy a type of key that even Home Depot couldn't. Score one for the little guy!
