This is the nicest hotel, design wise, I’ve been to. It has a very sleek and modern design/ decor. Was here for a work holiday party and booked a room to stay overnight. The food at the party was very good and the space was nice. I loved my room! It was very spacious and clean.
The room was ultra modern and sexy. The bathroom door is sliding glass. If you do not want your roommate hearing all of your bathroom goings on, you will need to get separate rooms!
My first stay at an AC and I was not impressed. Yes it's very stylish and hip, the decor is quite nice. But for the price it delivers less than I expected. The staff was not particularly welcoming. The layout is confusing - it shouldn't take guesswork to find the main elevator. Self parking is an option but there's zero signage or written directions provided on how to drive there. The room was a bit cramped. The overhead faucet in the shower had no water pressure at all, the water never really gets hot as I'd like and to get warm water you had to move the temperature handle all the way to the side labeled "C" (moving it to H meant permanently cold water). Next time I'll use a Marriott brand I'm familiar with, save money, and have a more comfortable experience.
Yeah this hotel decor is nice compare to others, but that's about it. The bar suck, no bottles, and the guy serving at the bar have way too much attitude. No concierge service, nothing, and the parking garage is too far away... I am definitely not going to stay at an AC Marriott ever again...
We visited on a slow time. We were automatically upgraded to a suite. Staff was very attentive and polite. I can understand the many other reviews in regards to the noise. The walls are very thin!
LOVE this hotel! Clean, beautiful, but it is the staff that makes it one of the best ever! Anna remembered me from 9 months ago and she made sure my breakfast was so special. Zach, who started 9 months ago (we were his first event), remembers everything and is so helpful! The food is amazing and I love the European breakfast! I would stay here again and again!
