Higher end hotel that's conveniently located in Cambridge. Sparkling wine at check in and a beautiful lobby. Rooms are very comfortable and quite. Lots and f light fixtures and nicely decorated. Room service is pricey but very good. Overall recommended but definitely on the pricey side.
Clean rooms with friendly staff. Complimentary coffee coupon was given at the check in. Was able to do a late checkout to coordinate with my flight timings. Overall a great place to stay in the Cambridge area. Close to many restaurants in the area that are within a walkable distance.
Staff was nice but the heater made a lot of noise! Besides the heater noise, the hotel was clean and comfortable. There were complimentary popcorn, infused water and lemonade in the lobby area. Receptionist and the bartender were very friendly and helpful. Their valet service was very helpful as well. There was no problem to get the car from the valet, when we were in-out of the hotel.
I enjoyed my stay very much. The bed was comfortable and the service prompt and polite. The breakfast is good but could be improved on.
Stayed here December 16th. Everything was great, room, staff etc. However after I left I realized the front desk never gave me back my license and they refuse to mail it back to me unless I send them a secure credit card authorization to be billed for it! They were the ones who forgot to hand it back! It's a 41c stamp, I'm not asking for something large I forgot to be shipped back!
